look at the process of the sacking of scolari( taken from new paper friday, 14/2/09)
Roman: Chelsea is tumbling down the table after dire performances against our lowly oppositions and losing our unbeaten streak at the Bridge
Scolari: I have only been here for only seven months and i need time to sort this out.
Roman: Time is essence. I spent millions on all the players to win. I made investment and demand trophies. it's as much a business for me as it is entertainment.
Scolari: You spent a meagre 10 million on deco. That's all! every manager needs players who can play to his system and you have not provided the funds to add much needed vigour and width to this ageing squad. i wanted Robinho and you said "no". Now look at how pathetic your sulking strikers are doing.
Roman: I am the boss and you do not question my decisions. The EPL title is gone and you know it. A new face might just be the morale-booster to propel us further in the cup competitions and help nullify the losses made in this wretched EPL campaign.
Scolari: you think sacking me would solve the problem? the transfer window is closed. any manager who comes in will inherit the same team that i had. rememeber Avram Grant? Lost it all in the end did'nt he? Stick with me and the results will come.
Roman: The fans have lost faith in you. so have the players. Your training methods are being scoffed at. We are no longer the invincible Chelsea under Jose. How i wish he is still here.
Scolari: Shut up you oily tycoon. What the hell do you want? Results or flamboyance? Don't be greedy you Russian tart. I bet you wouldn't last a second in my training.
Roman: Control boy. Control yourself.
Scolari: Shut up money monger. Pack your bags and leave Chelsea before you turn them into another Leeds.
Roman: Enough is enough. YOU' RE FIRED! Now get outta here!
Scolari: I want my money. My compensation you Russian.
